Smokenator, Ribolator, C&C Ring on Weber Performer Performing!!!

This is the second cook, my apologies for no pics from the first (too many folks and to much food inhalation). Put 3 split racks of BB's (all I could get ahold of today, and some thighs on at 530pm CDT.

This is a standard Weber Performer, 22.5", with an a stainless roitisserie expansion ring from C & C Grillin Co (canacgrillinco.com), the Ribolator (also availible from C & C), and a smokenator 1000 (which hold the coals back, holds 250 for about 6 hours and has the water pan... smokenator.com). It is a bit of an investmet, a new Weber Performer is about $329.00 (search CL for a used one), bur any 22.5" Weber will work. The smokenator is from $56-$70 (depending upon options), and the Ring, rotisserie, and ribolator will set ya back about another 250.00...
