We took an old gas grill and tore it apart. Since we only use charcoal there was no reason in having a gas grill around. We put in place of the gas grill burner, a high pressure burner. We added rods inside the grill to set the pan of greese on and added "cup hooks" to hang the fry baskets on when they are not being used. When we are done we can close the lid to keep out "stuff" until the oil cools and it can be poured up and strained and put back in the 5 gallon oil jug we have.
