Anyone use coffee for any of there smoked foods such as beef or pork. either as a rub or maybe an injection. I have seen this used on a few tv shows etc and i really like coffee and would like to try it but don't know what is the best way to use it. Also i don't know about quantities and strength of brew. Any ideas or suggestions would be much appreciated.

Debbie bought a rub from Williams-Sonoma called Coffe & Spice Rub. We used it on some Tri-Tip, it was very good!
