Well, Mom and Dad hit the 50-year together mark. They did not want anything special, so we decided to cook some smoked rib for a small feast today! Sides of Baked potatoes with ragu' wild mushroom cooked in wine, fresh chives and garlic; some asparagus wrapped in pancetta smoked on the Woodflame grill--Nice!!
