last saturday I cooked a pig for a friends graduation party, 55lb pig, 14hrs and a lot of beer. it was the second one this year... talk about a party, there is nothing more fun than a good ole fashion pig pickin... I also do brisket, chicken, pork loin, beef And pork ribs smoked prime rib.... until next time, if you don't get any on you it wasn't any good
