Hi-My name is Mike Stockman & I'm from Nebraska "GO BIG RED" But anyways I love to barbeque on our big smoker at the family own business STOCKY'S CARRYOUT & CATERING in Norfolk,Ne,,Its owned by my brother and hes been in business for 17 yrs in September,,we cook alot of pork products plus beef,,chix breast,brats,turkey,almost anything we can put thru our Oklahoma Joe smoker/grill..But by myself I cook at home on my Weber One Touch Gold inwhich I think is a really sweet machine to do anything on it,,right now I'm thinking about buying a rotisserie for this grill either by Weber or have some one build it for me..I love to cook "Baby Back Ribs" my brother-in-law & myself have a secret method of cooking baby backs that we are working on and in time we'll share it with everyone,,but for now we'll keep it under our hats but our method is going to be cooll..At the store we smoke alot of Country Style Ribs (NOT BRAGGIN) but we do cook on the average of about 3000# or better in a years time and I kid you not they are a hot seller for we smoke the devil of them and we sell them here in Norfolk every Friday and people go crazy for ribs..Our number one pork product that we smoke here also is Pork Butts for this stuff is really a hot item =,,its used for almost anything people want it for we sell it hot out of the oven ..Just bring in your roaster pan and let us know how much you want & we'll take it from there..He also has a restaurant he serves from breakfast & dinners we maybe small but we put out some good homemade food to your liking,,,,But now myself I work both places home and the store & I just love it .
