i bought a couple packages of 30 wings ea at costco and then separated the wing from the drum (120 pieces) i then seasoned them with montreal steak seasoning and put them on the rol for about 1hr at 325 temp. i cook 60 at a time.

i cooked these on my gasser but i used charcoal. i bought a gizmo from a co. called charbq. it's an adjustable metal box that goes in the grill that you can put charcoal and wood chips in, works great.

i took them to a gathering and they disappeared faster than a trailer park in a hurricane.

when i have time i will marinate them in italian dressing overnight, it adds a nice sweet flavor to them. wishbone works and tastes best.

i also did some on the kettle

they came out crispy, juicy and downright tasty.
