I did my first comment the other day about Porky's in Long Beach. To day ill do one on Burrell's in Santa Ana.
Their Hospitality was wonderful and atmosphere was great the have you eat out doors on picnic tables. there is a water fall off to the side and some of their smokers in the drive way. However looks are decieving their food leave much to be desired from the palat. ........ their ribs fell off the bone but they were lacking a good smoke flavor and sauce was taking from the ribs and brisket. the brisket was a little tougher then i think it should have been. and the sweet tea was made for a true southerner.
