That sounds yummy! I like my ribs grilled in apple juice topped later with my bourbon bbq sauce. Smoked with pecan shells or pecan wood with a lil bit of hickory wood too. :)

I love ribs and destroy them almost every time. But if I could do it right I think a nice hickory smoke with a honey chipotle glaze would be my favorite. :-)

I just smoked ribs using Pecan Wood Pellets for the first time, and I fell in Love with the smell of Pecan. The ribs sure were good too, normally I would use Mesquite or Hickory but I think my new fav is Pecan. I smoke them at 200 degrees for three hours and then put in foil for two more. Sauce is optional but my rub gives them a good taste so you really don't need any....

I think we cook them alike. I love my Oklahoma Joe's smoker. I built it its own little home!
