Fruity rub

I am experimenting with apple smoked ribs.I have the ribs marinating in applejuice/water over nite. I have not yet planned on what to use as a rub. Is there any kind of Fruity and spicey rub out there.When the ribs are rubbed and ready for the liquid smoker, i will burn apple wood chips and put applejuice,apples and water in the steamer.They cook for 3 hours and then go on the grill ,then i will apply generous amounts of Jack Daniel original sauce.I call them AppleJack Ribs.I just need some…See More
