Now THAT'S a burger!

Summer is right around the corner here in the Midwest. Burgers, weather beef, turkey or even salmon are an extremely popular choice to grill. How often though is the typical burger just boring? Slap some cheese food product, a too thick cut onion, a slop of ketchup and mustard and a store brand bun an voila the average burger. The question is what can you do to spruce up the average burger?
