"Do you use alot of wood chips? I do and love the smell of Hickory. I usally grill about 3 - 4 days a week"

hi yes i use both chip's and chunks of hickory, mesquite and apple wood depending on what im cooking at the time. i wish i could run the grill as often as you but i run two different company's i own, and i am a chef so my schedule only allows me a couple of free nights once and awhile to fire it up...
