Anyone who needs a great BBQ pit should contact my great friend, Dave Klose. He built mine and the first ribs that came off of it were the best I've ever tasted. That's Rosie on my photo. He's a wonderful host too. Knows how to party. AND COOK BBQ !

I have to stop looking at this site. So many good cooks and so many pictures of Great food. I'm going to gain 50 lbs just looking. Ya'll sure do cook good !!!!!

John E. Button said… - You did smell Gas...Lol BUT...It works on Charcoal too! It's just faster on gas. If your cooking in a frying pan who needs to waiste the charcoal? Eggs and hash browns with peppers and diced oinions? Tin foil sucks. and you can't do pancakes on foil either.
Keep Cook'n Steve. Just remember...There's pots and pans for your stove, Now there's Griddle-Q for your BarbeQue!
