Anyone who needs a great BBQ pit should contact my great friend, Dave Klose. He built mine and the first ribs that came off of it were the best I've ever tasted. That's Rosie on my photo. He's a wonderful host too. Knows how to party. AND COOK BBQ !

Memphis in May 2010. Load in for the World Championship BBQ Cooking Contest begins This Saturday morning. The party for the teams start then. Good Luck everyone. Come on up John and Dave Klose. The party is in Memphis next week !
