Sounds Great! I have a Rib Roast that i got for a great price. I'm going to cut that up in the steaks and have them tomorrow, Today it's fresh grouper..... Happy Father's Day to you Big brother.........Peace

I gotta deal on a whole filet. It was almost 6 lbs. I cut it up into 7 individual filets. (mignon) Been kinda eating on them.. Still wanting to try pecan wood for smoking ribs, i guess i'll have to buy it online??

It was good but I have to work on a marinade for it . I tnik that the flavor could have been better. I'm working on a brisket currently;-)

Hey Scott, sorry i missed the last few posts, hope the Fourth was awesome! Well, I literally grilled for 12 hours yesterday! First went to a friends place where they had probably $20K in fireworks, brisket and chicken. Me and another guy did the brisket and chickens starting at 8:30am with breakfast as they tweaked some fireworks, then off to my my cousin's house where her gas grill seemed to only work in the center! She told me it was working fine...but when I got there with 20 lbs of DiRusso's sausage, 20 lbs marinated chicken and 20 lbs of bugers...NOT! Literally had to rotate everything every few minutes, AUGH! But it happened and the it sure was a great day!

Hi Scott, man I've been running all over new England trying to fine Pecan wood to smoke my ribs with and no luck yet.. Back home in New Orleans it was so abundant it was ridiculous.... Maple works pretty good but just not as good as Pecan... What's on the grill for Memorial Day? I'm putting a rib roast on and some Lobsters if they are on sale....

How did the pork shoulder turnout, great, I bet? If you took some photos please post, it gives us all something to aspire too. My wife laughs when I take photos of my foods and post em on the web, especially when I refer to them as my food porn.
