Lived in Texas all my life till 5 years ago and moved to Illinois. Long story but I am here and the BBQ was nothing like what I was used to. So I decided to start a business and share the recipes of the Lone Star with the folks here. So far we have been a huge success and owe it all the roots I have in Texas. We continue to bring good food and conversation to any event. Hope to see you all on the circuit. God bless you all.
