Injection Suck-o-lator Chicken

i got tired of injecting my meat with a single needle so i made a multi-needle injector. my son who lives in montana modified a pump up sprayer so you could put an injection needle at the end. i took out the needle and screwed on my injection block. this thing works great. i have used it for brisket, ribs and chicken. the needles will unscrew so i can use longer or thicker gauge needles as well.

Crispy Rotisserie Chicken

i bought a couple packages of 30 wings ea at costco and then separated the wing from the drum (120 pieces) i then seasoned them with montreal steak seasoning and put them on the rol for about 1hr at 325 temp. i cook 60 at a time.

i cooked these on my gasser but i used charcoal. i bought a gizmo from a co. called charbq. it's an adjustable metal box that goes in the grill that you can put charcoal and wood chips in, works great.

i took them to a gathering and they disappeared…
