I was wondering if you had, or are planning to use the sauce recipe you commented on. I'm getting ready to make a batch of that sauce tonight and use on pulled pork. I have an 8 1/2 lb. pork shoulder roast I'm going to smoke tomorrow. I haven't tried it on pork yet, but I really did like that one. I'm also going to replace the cranberry juice cocktail with 100% cranberry juice to see what difference that makes.
Who knows I might even get a small turkey to see how that goes. I've never tried smoking a turkey before, but I've heard it's really good. I've tried several times to get people to let me do one for Thanksgiving, but I keep getting overruled in favor of the traditional roasted turkey

toss frequently with a flat utensil. I use the same thing I flip burgers with.
Keep an eye on them as they burn easily. I think the char adds flavor.
they are done when soft.
