Thanks. Sorry it took so long to reply. I've been out of town. I used a mixture of garlic powder, black pepper, salt, brown sugar, onion powder and paprika. I'm actually making the same steaks tonight.
they should be going up tonight. after drinking all day then getting my belly full, i went to sleep a little earlier than anticipated. The octopus was actually very good-not that i thought it would be bad, but it was a gamble, and it turned out to be a good one at that.

Thanks on the comment, i was wondering about your pictures.
It shows you with chopper, you use that and chop the pork instead of pulling it? Interesting! I am try that, as pulling is a pain, I have start using my hands, with cotton gloves covered with plastic gloves, it is alot easier than using forks. Bigger pieces but thats ok.
