Hello every one

I been married since June 2, 2000 to present and been with each for 11 yrs. I been a firefighter/EMT for 25+ yrs and 5 yr a fire police. My wife became an EMT in the last 3 yrs so she can spend more time with me when ambulance call come in. Also she became an Fire police since she loves to help people. I love Nascar : Jeff Gordon and Rick Hendrick Team. My #1 Spot to be would be Beach and Ocean. I like camping, fishing. I have a C.D. L. -A I have a best friend Name Charlie miller and his family always been good to me in good time and bad times and His wife is like a sister that I never had. will add more when I think of more stuff to say.

For the others, place whole, (minus head and inners) fill cavity with herbs and lemon, sprinkle with olive oil, sea salt and pepper, then wrap in tin foil. roast until the meat forks apart and is opague. I hope this works. I will find some recipes when I get a chance.

I grill about 3 times a week and I have to say it is easier with this grill.
