Hi Keith...I have only been grilling seriously since I got my XL Big Green Egg....The past 25 years of grilling were, as I now know, understand, and believe, a big waste of time using propane to fire my Ducane grill. So I have a lot of catching up…

Don sorry i took so long to reply, once you get Stumped....You never go back!!!! Never any issues, get to sleep overnight, runs on its own and never goes out!!!! Keith
finished the season for 2009. Went to a Memphis in May comp, Grand Champion!! 3rd in Shoulder/1st in Ribs. What a way to end the year!!!

I see all the great food that all of ya'll do...One question...Does anyone here compete on the BBQ circuits? Love to here from ya!
