I have friends who parboil, but that's never been a favorite for me. I feel like it takes away from the taste. After washing them thoroughly, I seasoned and marinate my ribs either overnight, or at a minimum, 45 minutes to an hour before cooking/grilling. I wrap them loosely in heavy duty Reynold's Wrap and place on the grill. Cooking times vary depending upon how thick they are and when I take them off for serving, the meat slides off the bones!!!
