THATS GREAT, I NEVER HAD A BAD SMOKE YET ,EITHER. I GUESS IF ONE IS A NOVICE AT SMOKING, IT WOULD BE A GOOD THING TO HAVE SOMETHING ELSE ON THE GRILL,OR IN THE OVEN
HOW DID IT COME OUT. I LOVE SMOKING FOOD, BUT I REALIZE WHEN YOU SMOKE FOOD, ITS EITHER 2 WAYS, GOOD OR BAD. I TRY NOT TO SMOKE FOOD,FOR HOLIDAYS. UNLESS THERE IS MORE THEN 1 MAIN DISH,LOOKS CRISP ON THE OUTSIDE, WASNT NICE N JUICY ON THE INSIDE
