We started in 2010 when I wanted a wood fired pizza oven for my own use. Nobody at that time made an affordable pizza oven on a cart, so I designed and built my own pizza oven.

The lack of suitable products seems to be a recurring theme. Next, I tried to find an Argentine Style Grill, but found nothing that was good enough in my price range. Once again, I put pencil to paper and found a welder I could work with.

Now, every time I want a new product that is not available in the US, I look at products available elsewhere, and adjust them for American usage. In most cases, this means making them heavier, or adapting the products to some of the manufacturing techniques available here that might not be available outside of the US.
