Hello John and thank for the comment on the Moinks! The name came from Beef (Cows go Moooo) and the Bacon (Pigs go Oink-Oink) wrap em together and you've got a MOINK!!!! The glaze came from the honey-bbq sauce! Try it you will love it!

Hello Ellis. Nice to know you. Rosie, my grill is a sweet cooking rig. Dave Klose in Houston built it for me and it cooks great ! David is a real good guy to. He brings his rig to Memphis In May to cook every year. I've been cooking at MIM each year except two years ago. Missed one year. This grill cooks alot of meat but it is expensive to run. Burns alot of charcoal. It cooks even all over because it has heat baffels inside. If you ever need one, remember Klose Pits in Houston. Good to talk to you.
