make sure the sausage & bacon REAL cold otherwise it's a sticky mess put in freezer to get it right also I would lay the bacon on wax paper or alum. foil 2 make roll up easier gotta go put this bomb on the grill see ya

As you can see I have spent today looking for odd BBQ and fun BBQ I hope everyone likes them. The gill master is very cool, with a voice like the guy who did the Daniel Boone voice overs. Hope you all enjoy them!!

I just singed up with this site and here I am asking for help. I BBQ almost every night rain or shine, needless to say my DSC needs a tune up. If you have a DSC, I dont think it will be that hard to take apart to clean the jets, etc, but how hard is it to reassemble? Thanks

Hi Deb it looks like you and I are the only members from CA besides the grillersindex, What's up with that I know Californians love to grill especially the ones from the valley.
