Sweet Smoke Ahead

Want abundant smoke with no weird after taste? Here's what I do;

  1. I save and freeze all eaten left over sweet corn cobs. (Yuck factor of someone gnawing on that cob is removed with heat of grill or smoker)!
  2. Before freezing soak them in water, (I will typically add corn syrup: 1/4 cup to 1 gallon of water) then wrap well in good, air tight plastic wrap, so, if you have a self…
