I take ground Chuck and make 1/4 pound patties (2 per burger), take some crumbled blue cheese and place good amount on one of the patties,season with salt,pepper and some minced smoked garlic and cover with another patty.Making sure thatthe edges are seal I head to the grill and cook them over medium heat.while cooking burgers I smoke some Shitaki mushrooms and some tomatoes and smoke them for about 1 hr. This goes on top of the burgers when done and they are served on a grilled Kaiser roll.
