There is a Mustard Glaze. You need to get Steven Raichlen's book " How To Grill " here is a recipe for the Mustard glaze.
4 teaspoons of toasted yellow mustard seeds
3/4 cup of mayo
1/2 cup Grainy Mustard
1 Tablespoon chopped fresh dill.
1 teaspoon brown sugar ( optional )
Coarse salt and Black pepper.
Just mix the ingredients and spoon and the start of the cooking process.

I hope you like that one.
