"Hi, Chris. I do the "Flooded Bird" all the time. I generally use a tall Budwieser and kick it up with the same spices I rub the chicken with. It is awsome once you get your spice blend to your taste. Enjoy!"

Ribs turned out pretty good Thursday night. Smoked for about an hour 1/2 and then on the grill for the slow cook. Sauced after smoking them. I am looking for a good basic recipe for a sauce that a person can tweek to thier own style....anyone have something out there??

First time pork ribs in new smoker

First time out trying to smoke pork ribs in the new smoker! Low and slow is the way to go, so I have some beer and a comfortable deck chair to ease the pain. I'm going to smoke them and then sauce them on the grill....I hope they turn out ok. Going to be in the high 70's or low 80's today, so should be perfect weather!! I'm stoked!!!
