"My ribs are famous in my neighborhood and they are not as complicated as you might think. Heat BBQ to med low heat...low and slow is the best!! Season with what you like best, I use Amazing for pork, and set aside outside of the frige for 20-40…"

Hello everybody,I just signed up and I must say that this is an incredible Idea. I started grilling a few years ago

on a Member's Mark stainless grill and I fell in love right away. Of course the stuborn polock that I am I never listened to any one on how to grill (properly). Well I had some mishaps and soon found that this is nothing like the

George Foreman grill that I used in my little apt.. Over the year's and many dried out meal's I finally got the hang of
