Who made that red and diamond plated smoker? I don't think I ever saw that one. That one sounds interesting. Do you remember what it retailed for? Wouldn't it be fun to have a job where you got to use all different kinds of cooking equipment and write reviews on them or something. There are so many different ones that I would like to own or at least have access to. I.m going camping near Brevard this weekend and will be taking my Camp Chef Tahoe 3 burner camp stove and the Weber Q I just bought at Sears @ Eastland mall in Charlotte. They are having a closeout sale I got 30% off last week. If they have anything left it will probably get cheaper. I guess I'll have to break her in this weekend.

I hear you. You sound like you know what your doing to me. Especially with those kabobs. I have several grills. A New Braunsfeld offset Hondo grill/smoker, a weber 221/2 in kettle grill, an eight burner stainless event gas grill, a Weber Q 200 series gas grill, And a modle 84 lang smoker. I love cooking as you can see. I prefer using wood or charcoal. the kettle grill or my lang are my favorite weapon of choice. I tried to download a picture of the lang. I'm not sure it uploaded corectly though.
