A little bit about my setup.
I have a Weber Spirit 310. I love to use it for quick BBQ's. I also have a Weber upright smoker. I use it for smoking items over a water bath for 6 hours or more. Pork shoulder, pork ribs, bear can chicken, turkey and so on. I also have an Orion Smoker. It is fully contained and uses heat externally. It can do a smoke in half the time as the Weber. I use it when I want to smoke something quickly but get similar results to the weber. I also plan on getting a Weber Performer. I love the idea of starting my charcole with propane. Eliminating that lighter fluid stink. I currently use a chimney. I am very much looking forward to the performer and everyting I will be able to do with it, including a lot of indirect cooking. I also love to cook on my dutch overn table. I plan on doing something with that in the very near future. Maybe some checken and some desert of some sort. That's about my setup in a nutshell.
