Grouper steamed in banana leaf

Those of you who live in the warmer climates may want to give this a try. I take a good sized prawn off of my banana tree and slice the panels away from the rib. I place the panel face down (dull side up) and paint it with olive oil.Marinate a piece of Grouper in your favorite seafood marinade for 30 minutes minimum and place the fish on the banana leaf. Those of you who live in the warmer climates may want to give this a try. I take a good sized prawn off of my banana tree and slice the panels away from the rib. I place the panel face down (dull side up) and paint it with olive oil.
