I'm prepping the tilapia fillet with a little creole seasoning, in this case Tony Cachere's (a little salty - be careful). The fruit salsa is made just like pico de gallo with fresh cilantro, onion jalapeno and tomato & lime except NO TOMATO. I used pineapple, apricot, mango & red & yellow bell peppers in place of the tomato for flavor & color.
