sure they are stuffed with shredded beef made from a chuck roast I did first on the Egg ,then I used some flour tortillas and made burritos top with can sauce and cheese put back in the Egg at around 325- 350 for 30-40 min they did turn out pretty good ----thanks

Don those tamales or what ever they are called in your picture look really great. would u be willing to share what is in those and how you made them. Rod
