I couldn't help it yesterday. It was 75 degrees in SC 3/9/10! The day would have not been complete without rollin the grill!

Thanks! The name came from Beef (Cows go Moooo) and the Bacon (Pigs go Oink-Oink) wrap em together and you've got a MOINK!!!! The glaze came from the honey-bbq sauce! Try it you will love it!

I don't even know what a moink is . . . but it looks like it is wrapped in bacon with a glaze. LOOKS GOOD !! what is it ?
