spare ribs

pork spareribs, rubbed with butt rub and honey. smoked on the traeger for 6 hours. and then finished off in foil with apple juice to bring back some moisture, these ribs turned out great. Oh i smoked them with 50/50 of hickory and pecan wood pellets

can't go wrong with a traeger. just make sure to wrap them in foil with some apple juice or something for a few hours towards the end so they are juicy and  not dried out.
