It's boneless chicken thighs. I just seasoned them with a mango lime seasoning and wraped them in some hickory veneer. I got the veneer for christmas. I had never seen it before. It comes in alot of different kinds of hardwoods.
The chicken came out very good but I think it would be even better with fish. They are called Grilling Papers and I think the company is Barbeque Accessories.
