smoked spareribs i smoked on the traeger for about 7 hours. first seasoned them with some butt rub seasoning and mixed in equal parts of honey, mustard, and then about 2 tablespoons of heinz 57, 2 tablespoons of worschershier sauce, and then just a little bit of garlic, mixed it all up in a bowl and rubbed the ribs on both sides and refrigerated overnight. smoked them on smoke at about 180 for about 7 hours, turned out great.
