Marv & Two Tales: yea I want my shrimp to have a different taste as it has a strong taste as it is...so I added up some Maille Djon Mustard , some lemon,garlic, basil and  olive oil .. at first I wasn't sure how it would turn out but my Djon prawn skewer tends to be a favorite when I have it on my grill menu :D and its not that hot its mild

TT get's 5-tongs.   I always get 1-Finger.      But ice next to melting cheese all in the same frame does rock.

That was snow, the last of the 20+ inches to melt off the grill shelf..I didn't clear it for effect : ) I think that was the 3rd or 4th time grilling after the snow fell...

Marol J... I would think the mustard would be a big change on the shrimp.  Never heard of that.  But willing to try :)   is it spicy that way?

Thanks for sharing.. I usually marinade the prawns with dijon mustards but keeping it simple is good right..also I never tried wrapping it with other meat. I should try this the next time I grill :)

Opps...that's fresh Mozzarella cheese on the tomatos...it's mild has a good melt and is extreamly creamy...just right for grilled tomatos

I spritzed these with a mixture of 2 parts rice wine vinegar and lime juice..normally I don't add anything...I also pre cook the bacon until about half done..(just so it' still floppy)
