These baby back ribs were my first cook on the new smoker. There is no sauce on these ribs, this is all rub and smoke. The rub is Texas BeerBQue Rub that a friend brought back to me from texas, it is great. I cooked these for 3.5 hours at around 225 degrees. Great smoke ring. Hickory wood chunks.
