Day after christmas...
Warming the smoker for some Day after Christmas dinner with the family. 3 - 15ld Prime ribs going on about 11am. Not to mention it is 20 degrees out.

Should woild like to know how to smoke a Prime Rib. I have no problem with how to eat one. most will say that you are crazy or sick to be cooking in the winter with snow all over... The fools at Winter Grillin thing this is "normal" :)
