I used the smoker today and it worked even better than I had expected it would. with a few pieces of hardwood lump charcoal and a fist sized piece of unsoaked hickory I was able to smoke 14 blocks of cheese and the smoke was constant the whole time. The frige kept the cheese cold and there was no distortion of the corners of the blocks.

I have been so busy lately and it has been so cold that I havnt had the chance to try it out yet. Ill try to get some done this weekend and give a report on it.

Im not sure yet I built it but havent used it yet because I have been busy with other projects. The fridge works so it should keep the cheese cold while it smokes. In this picture id doesnt show the door I cut in the lp tank for the firebox. I will let you know how it turns out.
