Comment by Anthony Kemp on December 19, 2010 at 8:56pm I used the smoker today and it worked even better than I had expected it would. with a few pieces of hardwood lump charcoal and a fist sized piece of unsoaked hickory I was able to smoke 14 blocks of cheese and the smoke was constant the whole time. The frige kept the cheese cold and there was no distortion of the corners of the blocks.
