Sounds good! When I do mine I cap the legs with foil to keep them from burning. Since you have the heat off to the side, that probably won't happen to you but judging from the coloring on that yard bird, you may want to tent it for the first half as well....don't want to burn that tasty lemony skin. I bet some lemon zest in your rub would be good too. I'm gonna try your recipe this weekend, thanks for the idea!
