Aloha gang... Here are a few pics of a hog roast I did last weekend. It was 155 lbs dressed and took 6-1/2 hours on a rotisserie.

Hi Frank, That sounds like a great deal. Just imagine the people who have never had food the way you made it for them. Making friends is a great thing to do.
Most of the time I just cook a lamb and a few chickens. You don't make money on these things, but you do make a lot of friends.

I did my 1st pig roast yesterday I put up some pictures on my page.
The Roasting box worked great, I did 20 racks of Baby back ribs then the whole hog, it was 70lbs and took about 6hrs.
