I just wanted to share...the Steak cook off at the Wilson County Fair had 2 competitors...no one went home with the 3rd place prize!

Tennessee country boy stationed in Mizzery (Missouri) I miss home where there is always a cook off some where, these people have no idea what BBQ is, I shure love showin em' how we do it back in the Big TN. Now i got people coming over every week end with cash in hand for the good stuff.

ok we all need to commit to writing once a week on here. I will try to write somerhing about bbq each. If we love bbq like we say. lets try to talk on here about how we do what we do. We all cook a little different. I would like to share ideals with anyone.Come on lets do it.happy cooking

Hello everyone. Glad to be part of this group. I'm from west Tennessee,McNairy co, Selmer TN. Two weeks ago was inn a small cookoff. I took all three first places. Chicken, ribs, pork shoulders.

Hi, guys. I smoked a beef brisket today, using an old Texas recipe. It turned out great ;-)
