South Carolina BBQ Contest/Competitions
Howdy all! I just wanted to make sure everyone here knows about events coming up in the #1 BBQ state in the USA. Please visit the South Carolina BBQ Association (SCBA) webpage at www.scbarbeque.com and click the events tab.
If you live near Rock Hill or Ft. Mill we have a great one coming up on September 19 in Ft. Mill. I will be cooking in that event with my family. Drop by and say hello! For $10 you can eat some of the best BBQ in the US and listen to some fantastic bluegrass while sitting in a lawn chair in the shade. They even have hay rides for the kids.

Ready to roll! Will be putting on 10 Boston Butts and 10 racks of ribs for this one. Hope to see someone from here at the competition. We BBQ in the rain too!
