since this is a grilling website i must modify this snack. however, i need oppinions for my up coming beerbeque, how does -hot honey fried shrimp- sound. You baste shrimp in honey and hot sauce to give it a sweet and spicy ya know naughty and nice type of deal, dredge in flour if you are frying or i could possibly grill them.. i guess that could work too. does it sound appetizing? and should there be sum kind of dip to go with it, would that be over kill.
Great ideas! Love the jalapenos and cheese stuffed meatballs (although I've never stuffed a meatball - but I guess it's a pretty straightforward process). I'd thought of wings, but I wanted something a little different - thanks!!
1 last one, in a pan put shrimp that is brushed with butter and garlic and then covered with hot sauce and cooked on the smoker for about 15 to 20 minutes or until done, you would think they would be real spicy hot from the hot sauce but they really are not.
how about cheese stuffed meatballs wrapped with bacon and smoked on a smoker.
hot wings are always good too, i also do these every year and they are a big hit.
we always have jalepeno's wrapped in bacon that we stuff with cheese. these don't last more then 15 minutes on superbowl sunday
Any snacks or appetizers planned for Super Bowl day? I'm looking for ideas.
