I am going to smoke 3 legs of lamb using Cherry. That is my Labor Day. Will probably add Pork and maybe chicken--hate to waste space in the big chamber.

Whatever i was going to cook i may just take a pass and come eat at your house! You must be cooking for an Army!!! Sounds great. Think i am going to be cooking some ribs. Take care.

ALL ARE WELCOME !!!
I am cooking for both my wife and my families and friends so I think it should be about 25-30 people. ( including kids)
This cook should be easy because in the last few weeks I have cooked for parties of 50 and 80 so maybe I can get some sleep this go round.

John M - I would suggest leaving the wallet at home and just taking cash to the Depot. I know when I went for the first time I almost lost my mind !! Make sure you check out the spice asile too and if you use store brand sauces, they have them as well. I don't know if your friend has dupilcate cards but I do know they will issue up to three cards on each account. Maybe he can hook you up with one. Let me know how you make out.

We are talking about the Restaurant Depot. They have better meat prices than all of the Sam's Club, BJ's, etc. yet you are still getting USDA Select or better meat and they also carry Angus Beef.
They are located all over the country but the one we are talking about is in Philly. (Manayunk)
The only catch is they don't sell to the public. Membership is free with a tax ID #.
