Hey all!

Glad to see someone started a NC club since there is such diversty in the state cooking! I am in Edenton, NC and enjoy all the different flavors of food out state has to offer1

Just moved to Charlotte in July. Originally from Cleveland, Ohio. Former Personal Chef to LeBron James (5 years) Grilling and barbecue in my blood.

what does everyone grill on? Do you use anything special? I work for a communications company that developed a grilling product/accessory (long story) and it's totally changed the quality of everything I grill. It is a "grilling enhancement system" and I want to gauge interest on that type of product....I need feedback!!

I use an old char/griller, gas or charcoal. BTW, hello Kara and what the hell is a ManGrate??

I like the amateur video because it shows a step by step way to use them and keep them from getting rusty....alot of people dont realize that you have to SEASON THE CRAP OUT OF THEM.....its cast iron, duh...What do you think?....
